Allyson would like to express her heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all relatives, friends and extended family of David. Allyson would like to acknowledge the kind, generous & varied support given throughout the journey of David's illness, passing, service & celebration of his life.

Special thanks to David's underbearers, Ray Imeson, Peter Brown, Tony Marshall and Richard McEvoy and to Richard for his very personal tribute to a great friend and for his memorable celebration of David's life and achievements. To John Cruden for his support.

To celebrant Allie Warneford for her wonderful story of David's life. Peter Townsend, Jayne Beaumont & the team at W Purvis for their patience and understanding. Polly Smith for her creative and appropriate floral tribute. Northumberland Crematorium for outstanding organisation & professionalism. The medical support teams at RVI Neurology Unit, The Freeman Centre for Cancer Care, Cramlington Emergency care team and Wansbeck Palliative Care Unit for their excellent care of David. A massive thank you to all who donated to The Brain Tumour Charity. We raised a magnificent £2,100. Allyson and family were truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of support, cards, flowers and words of kindness, and especially overwhelmed and humbled by the volume of people who attended David's funeral service and those who travelled from afar. Apologies to those Allyson did not get to speak to on the day. Once again, Thank you. Rest in Peace Davey
